  1. 01Design

    I started my professional journey with Prof. Dr. Fatih Gorbon, one of my professors at Mimar Sinan University. We entered architectural competitions together and designed and produced yacht projects. This taught me design.

  2. 02Project Coordination & Detail Design

    Afterwards I gained technical depth and advanced CAD experience preparing the detail and issue-for-construction drawings of large-scale international projects at Turgut Alton Architecture. This experience became the foundation of my later success in project management. This taught me project coordination, detail design and advanced CAD.

  3. 03Project & Construction Management

    After 2009 I decided to move to the other side of the table and began working for real estate developers and contractors in the project and design management of large-scale projects abroad. This taught me project management and construction management.

Fatma's approach is formed by having worked on every side of a project: as a designer producing competition entries and yachts, as a lead architect drawing construction documents for palaces, hotels and a convention centre, and as a design manager, project coordinator and director of design for contractors and developers on airports, headquarters and mixed-use districts. She has led architectural coordination groups of more than thirty specialists, interior architecture teams of thirteen and design and BIM departments at group headquarters level.
