As Director of Design at Kalyon Construction Group headquarters, Fatma directed the design process for the Ziraat Bank headquarters, the anchor towers of the new Istanbul Finance Center designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.

The twin towers' elliptical, stepped façades demanded a rigorous parametric workflow. Façade geometry was calculated and checked against the structural model, and the steel construction of the auditorium shell, atrium and podium was coordinated in a federated 3D model across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

The work covered contract and cost management alongside the direction of the design coordination and BIM teams, ensuring that every issue-for-construction package was resolved before it reached site.
