The village is arranged along the contours of a steep, pine-covered site, with clusters of two-storey stone houses stepping down towards a shared beach and marina. Each cluster is organised around a linked chain of pools, and the section allows every house a terrace and a view of the bay.

Fatma led the architectural design at TAM Architects, from masterplan and typologies through to the construction documents — plans, sections and the long site elevation that ties the terraces together.
