Standing on the site of the former Park Hotel above the Bosphorus, the complex terraces its mass down the slope in a series of set-backs, planted roof gardens and articulated bays that answer the scale of the surrounding nineteenth-century fabric.

At TAM Architects Fatma led the concept design and the façade design, and prepared the design development and construction project for the residence blocks and apart-hotel.
